DIABRIDGE Licensing Conditions

The DIABRIDGE Link‑Nurse Programme and all DIABRIDGE educational materials are licensed to hospitals, clinics, and corporate partners under a structured agreement designed to protect quality, ensure fidelity, and maintain clinical standards.

 Our licensing conditions are clear, transparent, and aligned with international best practice.

Internal Use Only

Your organisation receives access to the DIABRIDGE platform, curriculum, and educator tools for internal staff training. Materials cannot be resold, redistributed, or modified.

Curriculum Fidelity

To maintain clinical quality, all DIABRIDGE sessions must be delivered as written, using approved scripts, activities, and teaching methods. Monthly logs and audit data are required.

Certification Requirements

Staff must complete all modules, assessments, and micro‑teaching to be certified. Certification lasts 12 months and requires annual renewal.

Licensing Term

Standard term: 12 months, billed annually. Multi‑year and multi‑site discounts available.

Fees & Payments

All licensing fees are invoiced annually, payable upfront, and non‑refundable once access is granted.

Intellectual Property

All DIABRIDGE content remains the exclusive IP of DIABRIDGE. White‑labelling is available as an add‑on.

Data Protection

DIABRIDGE complies with GDPR. No patient clinical records are stored on the platform.

Support & Updates

All licenses include platform access, curriculum updates, educator support, and quarterly quality‑assurance reviews.
