Licensing & Intellectual Property
  • 3.1 All content, systems, curricula, digital tools, and training materials are protected intellectual property of DIABRIDGE.
  • 3.2 Hospitals and partners may use licensed systems and materials under formal licensing agreements only.
  • 3.3 Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or resale of DIABRIDGE content is strictly prohibited.
  • 3.4 Licensing ensures continuity of standards and quality, even during staff turnover or organizational changes.
User Responsibilities
  • 4.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using DIABRIDGE Services.
  • 4.2 Users must not attempt to: Access restricted areas of the platform, Reverse engineer or tamper with software, or Use Services for unauthorized or harmful purposes
  • Users are responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality and compliance with local healthcare regulations.
Medical Disclaimer
  • 5.1 DIABRIDGE provides structured diabetes education and digital tools. It does not provide direct medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions to patients.

Limitation of Liability
